Tonique Fitness Workout
The Tonique method is a unique exercise program created for both women and men who have a limited amount of time. Tonique is designed for every fitness level, from beginners with no experience to those with highly trained bodies. Those who have followed the method have started at all levels and found success. The method is designed to achieve three goals: develop strong and lean muscle, strengthen your cardiovascular system, and improve your balance. With Tonique, youll develop gorgeously sculpted glutes and arms, fabulously toned legs, and super abs. Tonique method combines constant repetition with gradual progression. The method progresses from warming up each muscle group separately to combining movements and muscle groups. By incorporating a high number of repetitions with multidirectional movement, Tonique trains your muscles to go beyond their initial comfort zone. Every exercise is marked with its level of difficulty. Start by choosing the easy exercises and working out for 20 to 30 minutes. Sylwia presents each movement while explaining the exercise and proper positioning. Then Sylwia gives you easy-to-follow instructions so that you will maximize the effectiveness of each movement. With motivating music and Sylwias encouragement, you will soon build up to a one-hour nonstop workout that you can do three to five times per week.
